KANSAS CITY, Mo - Three people were taken into custody Sunday night after an apparent fight led to a man’s death in the parking lot of a Kansas City gas station.
Officers were called to the 1900 block of Independence Avenue around 10:45 a.m.
Witnesses told police they heard a fight.
When authorities arrived, the unidentified victim was dead in the parking lot.
Two women and a man were at the scene and taken into custody.
Their involvement was not immediately clear, but investigators said they were not looking for any additional suspects.
