Editor's note: Since the Justice Department released a report saying it found a pattern of police bias and excessive force in Ferguson, Mo., there have been several resignations, with Police Chief Tom Jackson being the latest. A court clerk was fired, and 2 police officers, municipal judge Ronald J. Brockmeyer and city manager John Shaw resigned. - Stephanie
