Planes begin 2nd round of spraying over Dallas County, TX, to combat West Nile virus - @DallasNews

Update at 8:23 p.m. The planes have taken off to begin aerial spraying in Dallas County tonight. Laura McGowan said she did not know the exact time the spraying would begin. But, the planes are off.

Update at 8:03 p.m. Planes have not yet taken off from Executive Airport to begin aerial mosquito spraying. Tonight’s spraying will cover most of Dallas, with the exception of those areas doused last night. Laura McGowan, spokesperson for Clarke, maker of Duet, said the planes will still take off despite the appearance of overcast skies. Rain is not expected in most of the spray zone.
