CLEVELAND - A body was found under the Interstate 490 bridge on Friday.
Cleveland police said the body was discovered at I-490 at the Rockefeller Avenue exit, near Independence Road.
The unidentified remains had been there for a while and were badly decomposed, according to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiners Office.
Officers are still on scene.
