5.8-magnitude quake rattles Bulgaria

(CNN) -- A 5.8-magnitude earthquake struck Bulgaria on Tuesday, about 14 miles outside the capital of Sofia, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

It was less than six miles deep, the USGS said.

There were no immediate reports of injuries or damage.
